1. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
Final balances must be paid before the event date.

2. Use of Images

All photos and videos remain the property of Event Star Global Limited.
We may use images for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Images of children are never used for marketing without parental consent.

3. AI Effects

AI enhancements are visual effects only and do not involve identification, profiling, or biometric analysis.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:
Ensure adequate space and power
Obtain venue permission
Confirm they have authority to allow photography at the event

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the total booking fee paid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
